Our Process

After you make your insurance claim, schedule a time at your convenience to come into our shop for an estimate. Estimates range from one to two hours for a thorough evaluation of damages. We offer an area within the shop for you to wait comfortably with your vehicle within a few feet away and Matt will keep you informed during the estimate process.

After the estimate process has been completed, you are free to take your vehicle during the short period of time it takes for Matt to work with your insurance company to secure approval for the work to be done.

After the approval has been received from your insurance company, Matt or a shop employee will notify you that your vehicle can be dropped off and he will then order parts and schedule and coordinate glass replacement as needed.

Our repairs normally range from one to four days depending on the severity of the damage. Most repairs are completed within two days which reduces or eliminates the hassle of dealing with the process of a rental car. We start the repairs on your vehicle immediately when your car is dropped off; not days or weeks later.

Once repairs have been completed, Matt will inspect your vehicle then contact you and welcomes you to look over your vehicle to make sure you are completely satisfied.
